Happy Hour Comments: The KCYC clubhouse is available for rental. The address is 25915 Washington Boulevard NE, Kingston, WA. Inquiries regarding clubhouse rental should be directed to the KCYC property rental manager e-mail at KCYCRental@gmail.com . Office Hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The clubhouse main room is +/-875 SF of hardwood floor. There is a complete commercial kitchen available along with a separate full bar area and restroom facilities. The clubhouse has a maximum rated capacity of up to 85 people depending on the usage and arrangement desired. Outside the clubhouse is a 580 sq. ft. deck with a wide-open view of the Port of Kingston and Marina. The deck is furnished with four tables, 20 chairs and several umbrellas. A message requesting reimbursement, a copy of your current Yacht Club membership card, a copy of your moorage receipt from the Port of Kingston, a photo of your boat at the Port of Kingston with your club burgee displayed. Boaters must include their contact information and mailing address along with information about their stay. Time Limit: a maximum two-day stay with a total of no more than 6 stays per year Rafting: Not Allowed Terms: Slips are available on a first come first served basis at the Port of Kingston (360-297-3545). The port assigns slip locations based upon availability. The reciprocal slips are available to members of bona fide yacht clubs that have an established reciprocal relation with the Kingston Cove Yacht Club.
