Happy Hour Comments: The KCYC clubhouse is available for rental. The address is 25915 Washington Boulevard NE, Kingston, WA. The clubhouse main room is 750 sq. ft. of carpeted space plus a 280 sq. ft. hardwood dance floor. There is a complete commercial kitchen available along with a separate full bar area and restroom facilities. The clubhouse has a maximum rated capacity of up to 85 people depending on the usage and arrangement desired. Outside the clubhouse is an 580 sq. ft. deck with a wide open view of the Port of Kingston and surrounding area. The deck is furnished with four glass tables, 20 chars and several umbrellas. Dockage: Dynamically assigned depending on the size of the boat. Rafting: Not Allowed Terms: All reciprocal boaters must contact the Port of Kingston at 360-297-3545 and request reciprocal moorage. If available, the Port will assign you to a reciprocal slip dependent on boat size and availability. Current membership card from their yacht club must be shown to Port personnel. All boaters must complete a registration envelope located in Port Office. All reciprocal boaters are subject to the Port of Kingston rules & regulations regarding guest dock visitors. There is a $5.00 per day dock charge for all boats, all days, and an additional $5.00 per day for electrical. The second and third day's moorage is charged at $5/day plus 50¢ per foot and $5 per day for electrical, for a maximum of three consecutive nights. Each boater will be limited to two visits in an eight week period.
