To all Campbell River Yacht Club reciprocal clubs
For many years Pacific Playgrounds Marina provided reciprocal spaces for the Campbell River Yacht Club. They have recently changed management and we have been informed that they are no longer interested in providing reciprocal spaces for us. We are exploring other alternatives but so far have not been successful in finding other reciprocal spaces. Largely due to an aging population our club has shrunk to to just eleven member families last year. We would like you to consider continuing to offer reciprocal privledges to our members even though we have nothing to offer in return at this time. With such a small membership we are unlikely to put much strain on your reciprocal facilities. However, we certainly understand if you wish to terminate our reciprocal arrangement. I would ask that any club wishing to terminate our relation to please let me know (Wade.Major@telus.net) so that I can update the information on yacht destinations and our web site.
